The U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) is Conducting Market Research to Determine Interested Sources and Technology Capabilities of Potential Offerors for the Procurement of the Software Development, Design, Integration, Test, Fielding, Installation, Management, Documentation, and Delivery of the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) for the Project Manager Integrated Training Environment (PM ITE).

JLCCTC is a complex system of systems that supports Army Title X training worldwide for Army Commanders and their staffs at Mission Training Complexes (MTCs) facilities, Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) facilities, and other customer locations. JLCCTC trains commanders and their staff in Decisive Action to include offensive, defensive, stability, and civil support operations.

JLCCTC is a software-intensive system that contributes to Army Training Mission Area by providing appropriate levels of model and simulation resolution and fidelity to support unit collective and combined arms training.
